Deploying Applications

Connect your GitHub repository and deploy to your VPS with zero manual setup. Symplax builds your app in the cloud and runs it as a container on your server.

Quick Deploy Process

1

Connect Your GitHub Repository

Link your GitHub account and select a repository. Symplax supports GitHub — public and private repos.

2

Select Your Server

Choose which connected server to deploy to. Symplax handles environment setup automatically.

3

Deploy

Click "Deploy" and watch your app go live. First deployment takes 2–5 minutes, subsequent updates are faster.

Supported Languages & Frameworks

Symplax auto-detects these languages from your repository and generates a production-ready container. No Dockerfile required for these runtimes.

Node.js

  • • Next.js
  • • Express
  • • Nest.js
  • • Any package.json app

Python

  • • Django
  • • Flask
  • • FastAPI
  • • Any requirements.txt app

Go

  • • Any go.mod project
  • • Compiled to a static binary

Rust

  • • Any Cargo.toml project
  • • Compiled natively, packaged into Alpine

PHP

  • • Laravel
  • • Any composer.json app

Static HTML

  • • Plain HTML/CSS/JS
  • • Served on port 8080

Any other language? Use a Dockerfile.

If your project includes a Dockerfile, Symplax will use it directly — giving you full control over the build. This works for Java, Ruby, Elixir, or anything else.

Automatic Features

Every deployment includes these out of the box:

SSL Certificates

Automatic HTTPS with Let's Encrypt. Certificates renew automatically every 90 days.

Auto-Deploy from GitHub

Push to your branch and Symplax automatically builds and deploys. Toggle auto-deploy on or off per app.

Custom Domains

Point your domain to your app. Add a DNS A record pointing to your server IP and Symplax configures Nginx and SSL automatically.

Zero-Downtime Updates

Deployments use a shadow container swap — the new version starts and passes health checks before traffic is cut over. One-click rollback if anything goes wrong.

Environment Variables

Manage secrets and configuration securely via the dashboard:

  • Add, edit, and delete environment variables from the app settings panel
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Automatically injected into your container at runtime
  • Link a managed database to auto-inject its connection string

Monitoring Deployments

Track your deployments in real-time:

  • Live build logs streamed as your app builds and deploys
  • Deployment history with timestamps and git commit references
  • One-click rollback to any previous successful deployment
  • Notifications when deployments succeed or fail
