Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Symplax. They govern your use of the platform and define the relationship between you and Symplax.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Symplax in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Symplax is a VPS management and application deployment platform. It allows you to connect Linux servers, deploy containerized applications from GitHub repositories, and monitor server health in real time.
The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier. Feature availability depends on your plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or API tokens.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

You may not use Symplax to deploy or host content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs beyond normal usage.
You may not use the platform to facilitate attacks on third-party systems, distribute malware, or conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You retain full ownership of your servers and the applications you deploy. Symplax acts as a management layer:we do not claim any rights over your code, data, or infrastructure.
You are responsible for ensuring your VPS provider terms allow the use of third-party management tools.
Symplax agents installed on your servers collect metrics and execute deployment commands. You can remove the agent at any time by disconnecting the server from the dashboard.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are displayed in your chosen currency before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (AWS, GitHub), or unforeseen incidents may cause temporary disruptions.
We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, including lost deployments, data loss on your servers, or business interruption.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to other users.

Symplax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
